Client Portal

The Client Portal gives your website visitors a personalized experience. Buyers can create an account on your site, save favorite listings, and request property viewings — all tied to your brand and CRM.

How Buyers Sign In

Your site includes a Sign in link in the navigation. Buyers log in using a magic link sent to their email — no passwords required.

  1. The buyer clicks Sign in and enters their email address.
  2. A login email is sent with a secure link.
  3. Clicking the link signs them in and redirects them back to your site.

Sessions last 30 days. After signing in, the navigation shows the buyer's account menu instead of the Sign in link.

What Buyers Can Do

Save Favorites

Buyers can click the bookmark icon on any listing to save it as a favorite. Saved listings appear on their Favorites page at /client/favorites, where they can browse or remove saved properties.

Visitors who aren't signed in will be prompted to sign in when they try to save a favorite.

Request Viewings

A Buyer Form appears on listing pages where visitors can request a property viewing. The form collects:

  • Name and contact information
  • Current address
  • Financing and agent status

When submitted, you receive an email notification and the buyer gets a confirmation. The inquiry is also sent to your connected CRM integrations and appears in your Leads dashboard.

View Profile

Buyers can view their basic profile information (name, email, phone, city) at /client/profile.

Managing Clients

As an agent, you can view and manage all registered clients from your dashboard:

  1. Navigate to Leads → Clients in the dashboard.
  2. Browse the sortable, filterable table of all buyers who have created accounts on your site.
  3. View each client's details including their name, email, phone, city, number of saved favorites, and signup date.
  4. Edit client information directly in the table.
  5. Add clients to your email contact list from the actions menu.

Click on a client to view their full activity and details.
