Media Library

The Media Library is where you upload and manage all images used across your Tempo site. Access it from Media in the dashboard sidebar.

Uploading Images​

Drag and drop files onto the uploader or click to browse. Supported formats are JPEG, PNG, and WebP, with a maximum file size of 4 MB per image.

Uploaded images are automatically processed — dimensions and metadata are extracted, and a blurred placeholder is generated for fast page loads.

Managing Your Media​

The media library displays your images in a grid (or list) view, sorted by newest first. Use the search bar to find images by filename or alt text.

For each image you can:

  • Edit alt text — Add or update the description used for accessibility and SEO.
  • Copy URL — Copy the image's direct URL to your clipboard.
  • Download — Download the original file.
  • Delete — Permanently remove the image from your library and site.

Using Media Across Your Site​

Images in your media library are available anywhere you need them:

  • Page builder — Select images for Hero blocks, Image blocks, galleries, and Open Graph previews.
  • Content sections — Use library images for your profile photo, achievements, testimonials, and more.
  • Blog posts — Choose cover images from your library.
  • Marketing tools — Image Studio and Reel Studio pull from your uploaded images.
