New Homes

The New Homes feature lets you showcase pre-construction and new home development projects on your Tempo site. Powered by Buildify, it gives your visitors a full browsing experience with interactive maps, filters, floor plans, and lead capture — all integrated with your site's theme and CRM.

New Homes is available on plans that include the New Homes add-on. Projects are currently available in Ontario, British Columbia, and Alberta.

Enabling New Homes​

  1. Navigate to Settings → Map & Data in your dashboard.
  2. Find the Pre-Construction Listings section.
  3. Toggle the feature on.

Once enabled, a New Homes tab appears in your Listings sidebar and a new homes page is added to your public site.

You can curate which projects appear prominently on your site by featuring specific developments.

  1. Go to Listings → New Homes in your dashboard.
  2. Use the search bar to find a project by name.
  3. Select a project from the results to add it to your featured list.
  4. Drag and drop projects to reorder them.
  5. Click the trash icon to remove a project.

Featured projects can also be displayed on your homepage or any custom page using the New Homes Grid block in the page builder.

What Your Visitors See​

Search Page​

Your site's /new-homes page provides a full search experience with:

  • Interactive map — A Mapbox-powered map showing project locations as pins. Visitors can pan and zoom to discover projects in different areas.
  • Project grid — A scrollable grid of project cards alongside the map, synced with the map view.
  • Filters — Visitors can narrow results by:
    • City or district
    • Price range
    • Project type (Condo, Townhouse, etc.)
    • Selling status (Selling Now, Registration, etc.)
    • Construction status (Pre-construction, Under Construction, etc.)
    • Minimum bedrooms
    • Move-in date

Project Detail Pages​

Each project has its own detail page with:

  • Photo gallery — Hero images and tagged photos (exterior, interior, etc.)
  • Project overview — Name, builder, status badges, price range, and description
  • Unit specs — Bedroom/bathroom ranges, square footage, ceiling heights
  • Building details — Number of floors, total units, parking and locker availability, maintenance fees
  • Floor plans — Grid of available floor plans with square footage, bed/bath counts, prices, and availability
  • Amenities — List of building amenities (e.g., concierge, gym, rooftop terrace)
  • Deposit structure — Payment milestone schedule showing percentages and timing
  • Location — Address with a map pin
  • Similar & nearby projects — Carousels of related developments

A lead capture form appears on each project page. Inquiries are delivered to your connected CRM integrations (HubSpot, HighLevel, FollowUpBoss, etc.) and appear in your Leads dashboard.

Data & Updates​

Project data is synced automatically from Buildify on a daily basis. You don't need to manually update project details, pricing, or availability — it's kept current for you.
